Brad is drawn to the truth, struggle, imagination, and hope of the human experience, complexity epitomized by the founding of America and the ongoing effort to fulfill its promise.
Like many of us, Brad is responsive to ways that he can further those values, our communities, and our nation to be better versions of ourselves, as one citizen of over 300 million. This includes documentary projects and programs involving civil rights and Constitutional justice; citizen journalism related to public service at the local and state level; a run for South Carolina Statehouse as an independent with a third party; and engaging in community dialogues with common sense, factual evidence, and non-partisan independent thinking.
These actions are organic but Brad believes in collaboration with allies and friends from across the political spectrum. Each of us can step forward to make a positive impact in the public square as we tackle intricate issues, on our own and by developing productive cohorts. All drawn from a commitment to the basic standards of truthtelling, inherent to Constitutional principals.
Contact Brad if you’d like to bounce ideas on how to best do this.
